Baltimore EMC facility expands service to include 200 V/m requirements
ADDED: 2/6/2006 9:40:00 AM
Due to the increase of customer requests for higher potential
electric-field Radiated Susceptibility testing, MET Laboratories
recently procured a set of extreme high power radio frequency
(RF) amplifiers capable of delivering up to 2500Watts
into our transmit antennas. With these new RF amplifiers,
and in combination with other emitter components, MET
Laboratories is now able to offer expanded EMC tests services
to cover 200 V/m requirements for Military, Commercial
Aircraft, and Automotive industries. Additionally, these
high power RF amplifiers can offer up engineering analysis
to customers who need to increase a product’s shielding
effectiveness in order for it to be used in harsh electromagnetic
installation environments.
