Best Buy accepts MET's Product Safety Mark

MET recently met with Best Buy to discuss how MET
can play a role in their private label product development.
The private label group confirmed that products
bearing the MET Mark for product safety certification
would be accepted by Best Buy. In addition, Best
Buy may call upon MET's extensive experience with
consumer product testing to perform product evaluation
and failure analysis. MET has performed such services
in the past for manufacturers and the Consumer Product
Safety Commission. MET's performance testing services
includes functionality, energy efficiency, reliability,
and failure analysis.
Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's, Radio Shack,
Home Shopping Network and CompUSA are some of the
major retailers that accept products bearing the
MET NRTL mark. MET is a trusted, responsive,
UL alternative. MET's NRTL mark is accepted throughout
the United States and Canada.
