Environmental Simulation Lab has new capabilities.
ADDED: 5/7/2004 11:21:00 AM
The Baltimore Environmental Simulation Lab now has a 3,500 ft3 walk in chamber. The chamber
can dissipate over 40,000 Watts of load while generating 5- 95% relative
humidity. The chamber can heat up to 100 ° C and cool down to -60 ° C.
MET has also added a 2,500 ft3 chamber with solar load capabilities
for military, commercial and industrial testing.
This chamber can accommodate the tests defined in MIL-STD 810, Telcordia
GR-487 and GR-63-CORE.
